    Juliana Ericson Fine Artist

Here's a link to a video of paintings in my show.

I've been painting a long time and have had many art receptions, but NEVER have I had such fine support with artists such as Beth Easter and Julia Tanner!
This will be a unique Art Reception, indeed!

At 7PM Julia will begin playing cello and Beth will read her inspiring original short story while Julia continues to complement the reading with her gorgeous cello music!

There will be a great group of people with which to mingle next Monday night, lots of fun and conversation. Please try to arrange your calendar to join us on January 28th! Cheers! Juliana

    Beth Easter, Story sculptor

Beth has been a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor and Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist for the past 20 years. Story is the oldest and most enduring instrument of healing. It is the bridge strong enough to hold "right" and "wrong", male and female, night and day, so they can walk side by side...long enough.. for something in us to unite.

Beth found out their was a graduate program in storytelling at ETSU and their was no holding her back. She received a Master of Arts at ETSU in 2010. She now uses this information in a profound way in her counseling practice.

She is a dear friend and I am honored she is sharing her short story with us next week.

    Julia Tanner, Cellist

Julia Tanner has been the assistant principal cellist with the Nashville Symphony since 1978. She has taught cello and chamber music at the Blair School of Music of Vanderbilt University, Belmont University, David Lipscomb University, and Tennessee Tech. University. She is a graduate of the Oberlin Conservatory of Music.

An active studio musician, she can be heard on many commercial and classical recordings. She has played on many recordings ranging from Garth Brooks, Carrie Underwood, George Strait, Amy Grant, Faith Hill, and Andrae Crouch to Matchbox 20. Her classical recordings include a grammy award-winning CD of the music of Joan Tower with the Nashville Symphony. She has performed as cello soloist with the Nashville Ballet, the Belmont University Orchestra, and in numerous chamber music concerts in the middle Tennessee area.
